Sealed bid documents may be deposited in the relevant Tender Box placed in the Finance Division or may be sent by registered post to the below mentioned address to reach on or before the closing date and time of the bid receiving date. Bidders should clearly state the relevant name of the item on the top left corner of the envelop enclosing the bid document.
