The department of Animal Production and Health invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the purchase of below mentioned items required for this department.

. Pre-bid meeting on procurement of bull importation for the national AI programe will be held on 28^th February 2023 at 10.00 am at the Finance Division of the Head Office.
Relevant Bid Documents may be obtained from the Director (Finance) Office of the Dept. of Animal Production and Health during office hours (from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.)
Sealed bid documents may be deposited in the relevant Tender Box placed in the Finance Division or may be sent by registered post to the below mentioned address to reach on or before the closing date of the bid receiving date. Name of the relevant item should have been clearly stated on the top left hand corner of the envelope enclosed the bid document.
